The Report Tool lets you select an annotation document and run a report of the annotations in that document. When you select reports the screen will look like the following:

In step 1 use the tabs to select a workspace. Browse and then choose a document from the tree view. Only those items that have associated report formats will appear in black. All other items will be grayed out and cannot be selected by the user.

When you have selected a document to report on, a series of buttons will appear in the second column for each applicable report format. To generate the report click a button.

Video Annotation - Report showing video annotations.

Audio Annotation - Report showing audio annotations.

Image Annotation - Report showing image annotations.

Transcript Annotation - Report showing audio annotations and letting the user listen to any specific annotated segment. Includes a media player object.

Annotation Data - Tab delimited data file listing each annotation.
